Proper packaging is critical to any successful recovery, make sure your package is properly packaged with bubble wrap. We are not for any damage during shipping due to improper packaging or handling.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your equipment, you will receive an email that your job ticket has been created. Once a data recovery specialist has reviewed your equipment, you will receive an update regarding your data recovery case. Each recovery case is unique and requires a unique approach. Our first determination will be if there is a mechanic problem that needs to be addressed by our whiteroom engineers. If this is the case, our specialists will contact you and discuss our initial findings and the steps required to proceed. Our initial review of your equipment can take up to 3 business days to provide you with an update. This is because we don’t want to provide mis-information that could falsely effect your recovery. Please provide adequate time (at least 3 business days for standard service) for a specialist to review your case. We will contact you will any updates we have for your case via email or telephone.

Does your equipment require a whiteroom to recover your data?

Upon initial discovery, a data recovery specialist will be able to determine if your equipment has mechanical issues that requires a whiteroom engineer. Sometimes a specialist can identify within minutes, sometimes it can take longer (especially if failure is intermediate). In the event your equipment requires a whiteroom engineer, a specialist will contact you and discuss how to proceed and after speaking with you, will send you the appropriate paperwork to continue. We believe in a transparent recovery solution, which means you will not receive surprises! Our recovery specialists are trained to investigate and accurately describe your unique case needs.
